Global recently introduced the ER-2875 Extended Reach Deicer with a working height sufficient to deice the "t-tail" horizontal stabilizers on oversized commercial and military aircraft such as the new Airbus 380. The ER-2875 comes equipped with the AirPlus!® Forced Air System.

The first generation ICEWOLF(SM) pedestal-mounted boom system has been operational at Pittsburgh International Airport since 1993. The system was such a success, operators at Philadelphia's airport insisted on the latest generation of this system - now called the ICEWOLF(SM) Aircraft Deicing System - when they were considering deicing and anti-icing options for that facility.
