Global has a dedicated Warranty Service Administrator who works in close conjunction with Global's Service and Parts Managers to ensure warranty parts are process quickly and efficiently. Global maintains extensive records on Service and Warranty issues.
Global's warranty performance guarantee is measured utilizing a full-time staff in warranty, parts, and service directly supporting Global's part support program. A network of qualified part vendors has been established and can be drawn upon to support the needs of Global's customers. In an event where a part has failed to perform as required, the Service/Parts Manager will contact Global's Engineering Manager who will make an initial failure assessment and if needed, order an in-depth failure analysis of the part. Global's Engineering and Quality Assurance Departments have the staff and resources required to conduct in-depth failure analysis. If Global's Engineering and/or Quality Assurance departments do not have the resources needed, outside services will be contracted to conduct the required tests.
